The Quinoa Farmer Bowl consists of red & white organic quinoa, sweet potato, roasted veggies, Longhini chicken sausage drizzled with sriracha lime ranch & crispy tortilla chips. Isabella Dioquino describes the bowl saying, “[It had] a good mix of crunchy but also soft, good mix of texture, understated flavor but in a good way. Earthy almost.” Katie Jamroga describes the bowl saying, “The Farmer Bowl was an extremely satisfying breakfast. The perfectly-cooked egg partnered with a Chipotle-esque semi-spicy sauce hit the taste jackpot. The quinoa with pieces of Mexican-style chips offered a delectable base to the egg heaven. Finally, the crisp avocado on the side balanced out every flavor, tying together the perfect meal.”

The Nutella Crepe is a plain crepe layer with Hazelnut chocolate spread. Student Chloe Saad describes the crepe saying, “It was excellent. It had a good amount of Nutella and powdered sugar. It was evenly spread out, and every piece had Nutella. The taste was perfect. The crepe itself was made well.” Senior Katie Jamroga says, “The thick, chocolatey goodness of the nutella in the middle complimented my taste buds and tied together with the thin dough. Although basic, the nutella crepe offered comfort and pleasure in food form.”

The Dragon Fruit Acai Bowl consists of dragon fruit, coconut water, pineapple & mango blended together, then topped with fresh fruit, chia seeds & coconut shreds. Student Evalyse Nieves describes the bowl saying, “I thought it was the most delicious thing we got and it popped with flavor from the kiwi.” Another student, Katie Jamroga says, “A little watery but fruity and tasty.”

The Berry Blast Fruit Smoothie consists of blueberries, strawberries, bananas & almond milk. Student Evalyse Nieves describes the smoothie saying, “It tastes mainly of banana and is not too thick.” Another Journalism student, Keniyah Hill, says, “The consistency was thick, there were lots of grainy seeds from a berry which I assume was a strawberry. The smoothie needs more of something such as banana in order for more of a prominent flavor. This smoothie is not personally my cup of tea, but not awful. Good for someone who likes or prefers a smoothie not really sweet.” Sophomore Bailey Barousse says, “The smoothie mostly tasted like banana, but all the flavors including and surrounding that were faint. The texture of it was very smooth which made it easily drinkable, but the flavor was not very prominent within the smoothie itself.”

The Breakfast Sandwich consists of cheese, bacon, and eggs cooked on a bagel. Senior Faith Eldridge describes the sandwich saying, “The breakfast sandwich was soft, crunchy with the bacon and a good amount of salty.” Another senior, Camryn Dickinson, says, “The Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast sandwich is a fresh bagel with a fried egg and crispy, greasy bacon. The cheese is gooey and balances against the egg and bacon well.” Isabella Dioquino says, “[The] bagel was good and light, [the] egg was fluffy, [and the] bacon was crispy and not overwhelming.”
